"We picked up our 11-week toy poodle, Arthur, on December 30 and took him from [Canada] to New York City via Montreal. He’s been a delight - well socialized and calm in the face of airports and flights, city noises, and many new people and new dogs. He slept the first night in his crate after only 2 minutes of whining, and has been sleeping though the night almost from the beginning. He goes with me to the office on the NYC subway in a carrier, and is totally cool with that. He’s playful and active but has good bite inhibition and is not out of control - he is a big snuggler! Today he was at the New York Women’s March - at 14 weeks - and was completely calm despite the crowds and the loud speeches and music. Rachel’s work with him before he came to us clearly made a huge difference. We are so happy with him!" - Francoise |

"It's been a year now since I brought home my little fur baby.
It can be quite daunting to find a reputable breeder. It was important to me to know that I was getting a healthy dog that was given the very best start in life. I was happy to see that Rachel was concerned about her puppies going to good homes and wouldn't just sell to anyone. I was able to visit her home and see the puppies and their parents. It was obvious that Rachel cared deeply about them. Every animal there was healthy and happy. So much so, that I felt badly taking this little baby away from such a great home! We keep in touch regularly and Rachel is always available to answer any questions - so the follow up is second to none. She is clearly interested more in the dog's welfare than in making money. Calli has proven to be a well tempered, intelligent little dog. She was easy to train because she had been given such a great start. "Rachel is fantastic with all of her dogs, and her puppies come well socialized and full of adventure and excitement. She genuinely loves the dogs and she treats them like family. I've watched as she has worked and worked on a stillborn puppy, never giving up, and brought the baby back and breathing again! She does her research and really does know what she's doing. Awesome breeder. Will definitely get a puppy from her again!"
